About Channler Gannon

Raised in Ozark, MO, Channler knows the ins and outs of the Greater Ozarks area. Coming from the new construction and rehab field he has a vast knowledge of homes and a team of contractors and trades who can help his Buyers and Sellers out with anything they need. His main focus is Residential and Investment Real Estate. Having Bought and Sold investment properties himself he knows what to look for and can guide the new investor or seasoned investor to their next property.

 

He's educated in Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA Loans and can coach Buyers through their next home purchase with ease. Chandler went to College on a Soccer Scholarship at Northeastern Oklahoma College. He majored in Construction Management. He prides himself on honesty, integrity, and hard work. When not helping clients Buy or Sell Real Estate you can find Channler on the local Mountain Bike Trails, Rock Climbing, or spending time with family and friends.
