Jason has taken his years of owning his own accounting firm and transferred it to the real estate world. Motivated by the needs of his clients, Jason’s success is based on his ability to take on a challenge and deliver professional service with a strong sense of integrity.
He believes that the sale of a property is the function of its positioning, branding and marketing while the purchase of a property is based on its location, quality of construction, price and passion. Jason’s accounting experience is a major benefit to his clients as costly errors during the transaction are easily avoided, valuable within single property transaction as well as multiple or bulk transactions.
He has a thorough understanding of the requirements of investors, namely the acquisition, management and eventual re-trading of the properties. Jason is an LSU graduate and U.S. Army Veteran.
